Azzolino Winery was founded in 2024 in Camporeale, in the heart of the Sicilian countryside, a few kilometers from Palermo. It is the result of a family history rooted in three generations of farmers, united by the same passion for the land and respect for its rhythms.
We have always cultivated wheat, olives, vineyards, and tomatoes, following traditional methods passed down through time and enriched by a keen eye for the future. Ours is a family farm, where every choice stems from experience, daily dedication, and an authentic connection to the territory.
In 2026, we embarked on a new path: directly transforming what we grow. Our wheat becomes pasta, tomatoes turn into sauces, and olives into extra virgin olive oil. We produce in small quantities, by choice. We believe that quality requires time, care, and attention at every stage, from the land to the table.
