Tomato puree

The Siccagno Mini Marzano tomato is grown in the Sicilian hinterland. Thanks to the clayey soil and climate, it grows and ripens in dry conditions, which is why it's called "Siccagno" in dialect. This guarantees a tomato with an intense, sweet flavor.
